Booking and Payments: Renters may submit rental requests to Owners through Cirklo, and Owners have the right to accept or decline such requests. If a rental request is accepted, Renters are responsible for making payment through the platform’s designated payment system. Cirklo may collect fees or charges for facilitating the rental transactions. Owners and Renters are solely responsible for any taxes, insurance, or other fees associated with the rentals.
Responsibilities of Owners and Renters: Owners are responsible for maintaining their items in good condition, ensuring they are safe and fit for use, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Renters are responsible for using the items in a safe and responsible manner, returning the items in the same condition as received, and complying with all rental terms and conditions.
Disputes and Damages: Any disputes or issues arising from rentals are solely between the Owner and the Renter. Cirklo is not responsible for resolving disputes, providing refunds, or compensating for damages. Owners and Renters are encouraged to communicate and resolve any issues in a fair and timely manner.
Liability: Cirklo is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of the platform or any rental transactions. Owners and Renters are solely responsible for their interactions, transactions, and use of the platform.
User Conduct: Users of Cirklo are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities, including but not limited to misrepresenting items, spamming, harassing, or violating any applicable laws or regulations. Cirklo reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property: All content on Cirklo, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, images, and videos, are the property of Cirklo and protected by intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or using any content without prior written consent from Cirklo.
